Yeah me too, I'm contemplating attendance but solely for ASIWYFA! But idk, odds are currently stacked against me and I don't know if they're worth the trouble. I think I've reached satiation anyway when I watched Mogwai (UGH, Mogwai). I created my first account years back but I didn't know how to scrobble then so I never really used it. I made this new one recently because I couldn't remember my old username. Then eventually I found my old account, so I decided to apportion my scrobbles between the two. I really didn't intend for this account to be genre-exclusive but I guess it turned out to be a convenient way of keeping track of the math rock bands that I listen to so I stuck with it. Hehe! What bands are on your wishlist? I badly want to see Foals live!! :<

Agh, yes Mogwai Fear Satan = perfect closer ~_~. A week later and still picking myself back up. Wish they could've played Cody, too.

Josh! It was nice meeting you. I know we have respective friends coming with us for The National next week, but if you ever see me don't hesitate to say hi. Haha. It was nice to hear Mogwai play songs from Young Team. Mogwai Fear Satan was huuuuge.

Well f*ck. So it was Heron's fault after all? It's a damn shame; especially when the guy's such an amazing drummer. Hell, he's one of my personal favorite drummers of all time :(

Omg, what did Vennart say? When the 'size split, and Mike pointed out the "no respect for the audience" thing, I somehow thought of Mark Heron; if you see some lives (e.g. Silent/Transparent in Spain), his drumming is just...godawful. It's like he's drunk or something. Does he point something of the sort out in the twit you mention?

I'm sure we could work things out hahaha. And yes I'm going for Mogwai! Although I'll wait until they've announced the entire lineup. But basically, they had me at Mogwai.

hey!!! Yes, I did! It was amazing. It brought back all my college years and fond memories. They played Love is a Place! They played tracks from all of their albums. Closed it with an acoustic version of Gimme Sympathy. Emily's so sweet. There was a point she went near the railing and shook hands with people there. I ran and tried to grab her hand, was a few seconds too late. haha!!! Too bad! you shouldve come. There was not a lot of people. Surprisingly, Samsung Hall's quite small. Was my first time there. Good crowd though.

I used to be active in this Muse forums and one of the users had the name "Oceansizer" and adored Oceansize as much as I do now. By the time I decided to give them a go, I was already getting deeply into metal. After listening to A Homage To A Shame for the first time, I just couldn't stop listening to their other material. And as for British Theatre, it depends. Their music is more electro but in a way still has that "Oceansize" feel. You should try their songs like Gold Bruise or As The Leaves Are To The Limbs. Really nice!

Me too. I've always thought I was the only one aware of Oceansize's presence. But no, I don't have a band. I used to, but none of them wanted to do Oceansize. And I've also always wanted to play any Oceansize song live. Still, I can't get over the fact that there's a fellow Oceansize fan here.

I also started listening to The Dear Hunter a couple of months ago and my reaction was pretty much the same as yours; fucking loved them since the very begining. And fuck yeah, Oceansize! Such a shame the disbanded this year. Then again, I can't fucking wait to get my hands on whatever Mike Vennart is cooking as we speak :P
