I use to feel that same way about Talib. I've grown to appreciate his solo stuff, but he really is someone I have to be in the mood to listen to. I dont know why that is. But thats the way it is. And I agree, his collab albums are fucking great.

I love it, I think that Kanye is done though, the CD/LR/ever Graduation Kanye is gone I think. I think he still has it in him definitely but hes trying to take steps forward in his music I think I dont know how bad he wants to do shit he already did before (doubt he does at all lol). My favorite tracks are Who Gon Stop Me, Murder To Excellence, and Why I Love You. I love pretty much all of it though, really can't go wrong anywhere although the sample on Otis is kind of annoying how repetitive it is lol.

On that particular picture she looked really light skinned and blonde. But if you think about it you'll realize how most of black female celebrities always have light dark skin while male black man are usually darker skinned. Even with black couples the female is always lighter skinned. I guess what I am trying to say is that people like black people but just not too black. I know it may sound rude and offensive but I'm just trying to make people think. I actually like Beyoncé, Rihanna and I am a huge fan of Kanye West but sometimes it seems like even black men prefer lighter skinned women. I find it weird how Rihanna, for example, seems to be an example of a strong black woman for most people but she looks more latina to me really. Of course categorizing people just for their skin color is not correct but it is kind of curious.

Haha yeah I deleted it cus I didn't like having that much shit there, 99% of people don't read that stuff anyway and to be honest, if someone is so inclined to learn about someone the best way is by communicating. Music and writing was all i had for the longest, literally, but ironically I never took it to serious, and get big headed with it. I always appreciated difference in opinions, tastes and views, long as they were respectful. As for Sha check out "My Soul To Keep" and "Unsung Vol. 1", I got a lot of recs to give at any time but I dont wanna over-saturate shit lol. I usually get asked to suggest some horrorcore since I'm very well versed in the history of it and at one point involved in it more directly. As for your question about Freeway & Jake One, yes I enjoyed it a lot. Was one of the better albums from last year.
