It's a worrying trend. Especially if you're buying one of their newer albums, next you'll be telling me you quite like Nickleback, and I might have to divorce you.

I said something about that band that you told me about, along the lines of "I was surprised at you, and it was extremely gay but I quite liked it"

I see our compatibility is going up. You must have rediscovered uncool music. Want to go to see Gemma Hayes at the Louisiana?

Same here, but I came to the conclusion years ago that it wasn't going to happen. Like the Pixies, I just don't get it. I want to but I can't.

This week you've listened to The Cure for over 52 hours. Surely there's only so much of The Cure that one man can take?

Mr. Beck Last week you Scrobbled 925 tracks, which at an average of 4.5 mins a track is 69.37 hours of music. So you listened to music for 2.89 days solid, that's an average of 9.9 hours a day. How do you have the time to listen to so much music?!

You and a Lo-Fi singer songwriter? And I'm listening to Depeche Mode - What's happened? Did you hear your phone ringing?

How is the Ting Tings? I'm wondering whether if I bought the album I'd get bored of it very quickly? Or is there more to them than meets the eye?

Although I am tolerant of your unusual sexual fantasies, in this case I think probably not. In any case not as nice as Miss Harding

Our musical compatibility is only low because you don't listen to slow or depressing music any more :)

No I wouldn't expect to find Dub in the NME, but of the Reggae sub-genres I would say its the one with the most cool factor. I think Dub is to Reggae what Ambient Techno is to Dance music, it's interesting and progressive as music but I couldn't enjoy just sitting and listening to it for ages. I sort of like it but you have to admit that it's not a very accessible musical genre. I like the heavy bass line and effects but when there's no melody and loads of echo and reverb which breaks it up it doesn't flow for me as music, it's quite organic, in the same way as prog rock. I think perhaps you connect more with the sound and rhythm of music, and I more with the lyrics and melody. Dub is growing on me but I still think I'm more of a Roots and Rocksteady man.

I find dub quite difficult to listen to, but it's growing on me. With no melody or lyrics it's rather impenetrable as music. I think it's very background only. I don't suppose there was much dancing at the dub club. Just hanging, and looking cool - That must be why you like it!

and my shoutbox is now full of messages from you. You've gone shoutbox crazy! I liked Neon Neon. I lust you too darling. I think I might like Reggae, especially as background music.
