didja happen to catch kylie perform at the brit music awards the other night? she looked like she was trying to emulate debbie harry circa Rapture...and she's made a return to weak generic-pop-danceyness. boo. i still love her though.
wow. i haven't heard of ANY of the bands/songs currently in your Recently Listened Tracks. sounds like quality film songs. i particularly like the title Vengeance is Mine. oh and When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth.
hot damn, i seem to be missing any Army of Lovers in my collection... perhaps you would be so kind.... but i am hearing it play in my head as i type this... oddness.
silly i can handle, i like elves and hobbits and trees and the like. even something called 'thug murder' sounds better than 'sweet home alabama'. bring on the soviet funk. is that an oxymoron?
see, you've been all sorts of cosmopolitan and worldly in your listening habit today! i have no idea where the sweet home alabama came into play. you're not even from alabama.
perhaps i simply chose to ignore it and appreciate your lovelier qualities instead. or perhaps it traumatized me and i forgot about it. the southern whiskey i know about. that you can't hide ;) but as long as i can share it's ok.
i'll have you know that i was listening to t.a.t.u. in the car and it wasn't half bad! i am in need of happy music recommendations, even if it's some of the lovely pop stuff you've passed along already.too lazy to weed through it all myself. ;)
