I know Silent Alarm is the go-to album but I've always been partial to Weekend In the City. That record breaks my heart. I've heard from a few people that the new Yeasayer is quality but I've hated all of their old stuff that I've heard. Is it in line with their old material?

Yeah it was unfortunate considering how much I loved 59 Sound. Even their last one was decent, but the new one is awful. You heard/have any interest in the new Bloc Party? It gets worse everytime I hear it.
