I am listening to the cassette on Bandcamp right now, this is so fucking rad, I am probably going to order the cassette.

Part of me is upset because I thought it was a reference to the Sonic Youth song and there was, like, some collection of illustrations inspired by songs, but part of me is happy because now I've got tons of music to download from somebody I haven't checked out and I think I'm going to start making illustrations inspired by songs.

did you ever read Rant it's a pretty mediocre novel by Palahniuk but society is split day/night in that book, premise is neat

those old early-gen machines have a really appealing sound. it seems kind of funny to me how artists will use the epansive amazing whole array and potential of laptop tools to try and emulate that sound, or pay homage to it, when the old digital stick and drumskin still around lol
