Well...it was probably the worst gig I ever went to. I didn't really have high expectations but it was just terrible. The venue was like a walk-in closet, there was nobody our age, and the band sucked. They kept telling stupid crude jokes in between songs, and they played a very short setlist. I see you're going to see MCS. I got to meet them a week ago, I'm sure the show will kick ass.

Well its really not that bad once you have a car...or friends with cars. Gaslight put on a great show. They played most of the songs from their new album and the most pits were really intense. I was actually thinking about seeing Julian Casablancas, but my friends would rather see the entire band, so were hoping that they play at All Points West this year.

ahhh I know! I didn't get there early enough so I just went up to the 2nd floor balcony. ugh I realize why people hate T5. the mix was awful and the balcony is in direct line of the speaker. loudest and muddiest sound ever. AM were ok. but alexa chung was right across from me :)

Yeah hopefully you get that ride. If it helps, the show is in Monclair, but thats still a pretty far drive. At least you are lucky to see Arctic Monkeys. I was going to get tickets to see them and Vampire Weekend but they sold out really fast :(

maybe not, the friend I was going with got grounded for being alive so now i might not go, tickets are still available so if you really want to go you should go for it

What did you think of of of of Montreal?? I thought they were cool but i sorta felt disconnected because i didnt know their music all that well. And the opening act was amazing, call me crazy but I think they were better than Of Montreal.
