That's actually cool. Thrash has been my favourite genre for many years - I think it epitomises everything that is good and unique about metal without ever going overboard. Lately I've been diving into sludge, stoner and black, though. They have a different feel that I didn't really like before.

I dunno how much noise you can take... But considering those three you named, I think you could try Human Fortress. They're pretty damn good (and catchy), especially on "Defenders of the Crown"; their debut is alright, but PLEASE IGNORE THEIR LAST ALBUM. Also, Testament is one of the bands that changed my life, so I'll always have a special spot for them in my heart. Having said that, they've changed quite a bit with time, but if you're familiar with any era of theirs, Anthrax circa 87 should appeal to you. Their "Among the Living" has some groove thing going on, but still damn ballsy and loads of fun (unlike what Slipknot would be doing 20 years later).
