Yooo!!! How did you make it at the festival? Did you have a great time? I sure did. Maybe we saw each other; I was the guy with the leopard print headscarf. Loved being there, thinking about coming back for next year. What was your favourite performance?

I certainly did too! That was a glorious experience. I've seen some people with all sorts of things on their head but I can't quite recall leopard print. I'll check my pictures just in case. I wish I could be more descriptive than "black pants, band shirt, long hair", but alas. I guess... Glasses? Didn't even speak Dutch due to the international company! Next year I'll be on the lookout, and will wear a funny hat of sorts. I was very pleasantly surprised by Weress, but I can't say that any let me down in any way whatsoever and have great things to say about them all if requested. Respect for Malfet for doing double the work, though! How about you?

I was also taken by surprise by the performance of Weress!! Took me into a whole 'nother dimension. They were great. And Malfet was a boss for doing a double show! I talked with him after both his gigs and he was a great guy, very kind and very sweet. Bought all his cassettes and even his t-shirt for the support. He told me he was freaking out before his second show, but he still performed! Jesus christ, can't imagine doing that myself. Props to him. Hails! I was there with my friend, so we did speak Dutch together, but it was great to chat with the Frenchmen from the venue, they were very nice. Also... I think that metalstatue guy was hitting on me... He kissed my hand and grabbed me by the chin to lift up my face. Awkwardly weird but hilarious, he's also a great guy. Me and my friend had a great time. The only con was the excessive amount of people with nazi shit. I saw a guy with a fucking swastsika tattoo, can you imagine? Nonetheless. Great festival.

Also... what did you think about Henbane? There weren't many people at his show; but I personally think he was the greatest of them all!!! He had a very different set up and was the only one that did not use samples or even a laptop. Pure raw synth. I fucking loved it. Too bad he was the only one that did not sell merchandise, I had my money ready.

Congrats on attaining your '122k scrobbles' milestone with this new account :-) ... I discovered us both in the Leaderboard stats (Apr 17-23), you are at #2 place in both the "Discovery Leaderboard" as well as the "Scrobble Leaderboard": last DOT fm/user/vktrln/listening-report/week ... How is it going on your side of the globe ? ... We now have to wear face masks when shopping, driving bus and so on here in Germany... Stay at home and safe, in these COVID-19 virus times... Wishing you a great International Workers' Day !

I was not lost, just wandering. ^_^ This compatibility rating lists mutual points of interest as Bathory, Mayhem and Alcest where I think the surprise is in the non-metal stuff we share.
