You just recently listened to my favorite The Gathering track. On Most Surfaces. :) I'm all too familiar with the distance factor in getting to shows. I'm nearly two hours from anything that doesn't involve bluegrass, which hampers the concert going considerably. I figured Boston was pretty easy to get around in as long as you're in the city proper with the density - kind of like NYC and other large northeast cities.

Yup, I guess that whole work thing does tend to throw a wrench in plans from time to time. Still, the massive amount of shows you get to see has to make up for getting there late from time to time. How easy or difficult is to get around up there in Beantown?

How do you end up so late at the shows? I remember you mentioning you were late to the Decibel Mag concert too. Geez, woman. :P Glad to hear you had a good time. I love Supercrush! I'm a pretty big fan. I've got a few LPs and CDs here. And, yes, you should definitely check them out. Just drink a bit or smoke and you'll have a wonderful time. Hmm, speaking of alcohol try finding a stout called, 'Chocolate Bunny.' Fucking tasty, haha.

Depends on where I'm standing. Right now it's a parched brown as far as shows. ;) I was in awe browsing the NYC events before my visit. Suppose there's a reason with it being the center of the universe and all. What I wouldn't give to see a My Dying Bride or Anathema or the like live. That would be phenomenal. The Blackened Cooking group is awesome (joined this morning) - needs some hot, spicy, evil recipes. :)
