oh what festivals are you going to? i can't really afford any, but i'm going to bestival and i'll probably go to field day and try to get to WOMAD for free again. i'm seeing records as a cheap way to acquire lots of older music that would otherwise cost alot, really. and to get loads of sixties garage rock and things. give us a shout if you end up in london for gigs, maybe see you there x

ah yes. well, it was just on the off-chance really that i asked. i can't tell if you were using sarcasm in that last bit or not. you probably were. and in many respects my taste is the same but in many it has advanced rather far. i know it sounds well 'oh-so-cool' but i mainly listen to records now, because they're so cheap in oxfam and sound so good.
