there are snow here too , I love it ^^ of course I can recomend some japanese band: d'espairsray, moi dix mois, exist†trace(female band), LM.C, girugamesh, alice nine., vidoll, unsraw, matenrou opera, versailles, learveil, vamps, D, deathgaze, oz, mucc, acid black cherry,kagrra, ... it depends of kind of music you like ^^
