I don't actually have a standing desk, but my monitor can be angled up so I often stand when I'm reading long documents. Helps cut down on fidgeting.

Standing at my desk this morning, reviewing proposed Medicare regulations (less fun than it sounds), and listening to your Last.fm station, I find myself dancing a bit too much to focus properly at the text on screen. Failure of health reform: totally your fault.

As for the goth/industrial side, I've been digging And One a good bit, and of course Justice and Chromeo, which are more on the disco-elektro side but utterly awesome.
