she's popular, indeed, but not in a strictly 'pop' way.. she's famous in PL for her 'alternative' attitude towards pop music. hmm but she's positively acclaimed by both amongst regular listeners of pop, and music critics ;] I don't know if it's understandable.. ;)

hey, I saw your questions @ Brodka's profile :) soooo she writes lyrics by herself, with a little help of some Polish songwriters. the titles of the songs on 'Granda' translated into PL are like: Crossword of the day, In five flavours, Untitled, Siberia, Dots Stripes.. but they have almost nothing in common with what they are about ;) and they are about everything, mostly obout difficult relationships. The songs are written in a funny, absurd, sometimes pugnacious way, I guess :) hope I've helped a bit :)

Yep, I sing in Aida, thanks for your kind words! :) The theme of the record is urban anxiety and the cold around us, so you can imagine yourself what the lyrics are about ;) keep on rocking!

Go find one! Finding a Radish cd is like finding a pot of gold covered in ice cream. Basically, it makes you happy. And if he plays wasted & ready at your show, I will be forever jealous of you. Tis my favorite song other than hospital bed (which I did hear him play live)

I HOPE it's more sha sha like. I could honestly listen to that cd nonstop and be happy. Every song is amazing :) Radish is pretty good, I finally got ahold of their cd offline. I see you're seeing BK soon enough, awesome!

I like it a lot! It's very different than the BK I'm used to, and I was kind of "eh" about the country thing. But I'd love anything that man put out, even gangster rap :) Did you like it?
