Saw you are supporting Tim Hecker next month, Congratulations :)

Yeah, honestly think it's one of the best ones so far:) Well, i can see you have some other not bad festivals lined up for consolation;) so enjoy!

hi-- i saw you're going to krems. Im new in wien and don't really know many ppl. Would you maybe be interested in befriending me/adopting me for the festival? I really wanna see hypem williams.. btw really like your blog

Hello there! Thanks for the add. I see that you are going to Donaufestival as well:) What acts are you looking forward to in particular?

Thanks I see you like the band Raime--what are some of your influence for your work and what would you suggest in terms of more ambient bands that you like--I am delving more into the genre and like Thomas Koner and company.

your ambient work is definitely good! keep it up

Hello hello :D very nice music here

;)

It's a great festival, especially with all the additional shows around the city in parks etc. A great setting too. It's hard to beat festival-wise. Enjoy.

Saw your shout on the Primavera page about where to stay. We always stay off the Ramblas because there's more in and around there than out at the Forum. Buses run between Forum and Catalunya at the top of the Ramblas at nights, except on Saturday when the Metro runs all night.

great taste,efdemin is so deep.

New Heathens song entitled Morning. Check it out here: http://heathens.bandcamp.com/ http://www.lurkerspath.com/2011/02/27/heathens/

Yeah, great tune that! I want to make a video for it. Cool taste!

Oh wow, you're going to Hellfest? You're damn lucky! I wish I could go! :( The line-up doesn't impress me as much as previous years, but I would still kill to go! In fact, it's better if only a handful of my favourite bands are playing. That makes digestion a lot easier ;) Who are you looking forward to seeing? MESHUGGAH!

Hey Ellen. It's all good :) Cool! Yeah I'm sort of getting the hang of Cubase. How are you? University alright?

hi, seen your music is it rock or metal....?

we are farrr too compatible not to be friends (twin shadow is going to be awesome, I can't effing wait!)

Oh wow! Cannot wait to listen to that when I get home a bit later :) I'll let you know what I think a bit later :) Ya Daithi is awesome!! My news...hmm...actually my news is Daithi...I'm making the music video for the Sleep Like a Stone track next week in Connemara. So excited about it! If I nail it, it could really make my name as a director. Nervously excited! :) Em...that's my next adventure now anyway. 3 days! That's awesome! What year are you in?? I'm not back till February. CIT is such a bizarre college! You on facebook?? We should defo hang out some time if you're knockin about Cork. :)

I see. Nice one :) Haha if it's good it's good, irrespective of genre I believe. Oh okay cool. I dig Cubase. Then again, it's the only recording program I have a semi understanding of. Are those recordings created only by a keyboard? Aaah what a champ?! That has to be in my top 10 songs of all time. Love that dude :)

Hellllooooo!! You might like by buddy Daithi....check out some of the songs from his EP here http://breakingtunes.com/daithimusic. How is life missy?? Any exciting happen in your world of music and other stuff?? You still must let me listen to some of your electronic stuff. :)

I love the fact that you love Nick Drake :)

It's been good so far thanks. Lazy! Yours? You still on holiday? Haha, I'm not great either but I enjoy it, so I try :) Nice! I gave some of the clips a listen. You dig the whole Ambient vibe hey? Sleep and Week 3 are cool! What do you use to create those?

Hey Ellen. Sorry for the late response. Happy new year by the way. Sounds exciting :) You write a bit? Released anything? Yeah, I play guitar. No outlandish instruments here ;)

New Bright eyes album out this year. the first since casadaga. coner obersts solo album is great if you havent heard it.

It really was perfect. It was almost like what I was seeing could have been the perfect music video for the songs. Ha! I'm thrilled you like the story, told it to someone recently and they hadn't a clue what I was on about. You have to love Panda Bear to get it :D So ya I've just made your next really long car journey amazing. hehe! You should just go on a long journey to experience it. A journey to nowhere so you can lie in the backseat listening to Panda bear. haha!

Ha! Me too. Its soo nice. I listened to that album over and over on a 12 hour car journey from New Jersey to Nantucket last year. The journey should have been painful but it was amazing. I lay across the back seats and looked out the window upside down. All I could see was the tops of buildings, trees, street lights and Panda Bear in my ears. It was the most gorgeous moment. I didn't really want the journey to end it was so lovely! I got totally lost in the music and the moment.

"all her children left the house and left her all alone but just like she'd tell me things get better just wait and you'll see" What a song :)

I'm still waiting for the day when Last.fm becomes the 'in' social networking site.. don't think it'll ever happen though.

It's my favourite too! That album is just gorgeous...one of my all time favourites :)

Ooohh I see you listening to panda bear take pills...adore it :)

No, it's a pity!! I have other hobbies but I feel I have a gap inside me just for not playing any musical instrument! I tried to learn how to play guitar twice but I got frustrated in both attempts!!

yeah, he's my favorite piano composer, though he referred himself as a "gymnopedist" hehehehe Greetings from Galicia, another celtic country!

thanks for the add :) nice musical taste!

Wow! That sound class! Can I hear some stuff? Ya the course is grand...not as amazing as it sounds but college never is! I find you have to really work on your own stuff to get what you want out of it. Been doing a lot of filmmaking lately to build up my portfolio for when I finish. All very exciting! Do let me listen to your stuff now...I'd love to hear :)

Oh nice. What do you play?

Oh cool! talented girl! :) What sort of electronic stuff do you play?? Multimedia is graaand. Final year now. We do a lot of things like web design, design, animation, film making, music production, technology etc...I focus on the filmaking so I love that side of things!

No worries. I only spent a few days crying. :D Ooohh that course sounds like a riot! What sort of music do you play?

Haha makes life more interesting. Ireland hey? So you're studying, right?

Very interesting taste :)

Ooooh cool! Yusss it is quite odd. Nope I'm in Multimedia in CIT. The majority of my friends are in UCC. You? :)

ooohh! Ballincollig :) Wow a girl in Cork with a frighteningly similar taste in music to me...never thought I'd see the day! ha! What's the craic with you? :)

:D Where you from missy??

Hello! fellow Irish LastFMer! Awesomee music taste you got there :)

Yours are cool too!

hey Ellen.. apologies in advance for scribbling over your wall but having seen what you listen to i thought you might (or might not) like my music, its instrumental piano (might appeal to the Goldmund part of your ears).. there are 2EPs available as free downloads too if you're interested _ http://www.last.fm/music/Alex+Kozobolis .. no worries if not.. alex.. p.s. i spy a ukulele in your photo, do you play ?
