The come to Denmark! Then we can go to all the concerts together :) I miss listening to music with you.

Oh I didn't know about this event! Thanks a lot! :)

Sweet, I'm in. But how will I find you?

Many thanks for your swift response, my Kiwi friend. It's in my iTunes download queue right now.

I do live on the West Coast, but not in California. I live in Washington. Haha, that'd be nice to see Envy live! http://myanimelist.net/profile/Theskyisonfire

Nijigahara Holograph and very high compatibility? Seems like you're a cool guy.

Fantastic avatar ;)

I'm gonna be greedy and say that i like the whole 'suicide' aspect to his music. It makes it much more powerful, if you know what i mean.

That'd be fun for sure, well maybe I'm moving to berlin next year, so who knows... is it a training or sth you're doing in scandinavia?

Yeah, it's a bit far though...^^

So far I've only seen scans from magazines and stuff...I live in the west near cologne, so I'm more or less far from denmark..why?

Yeah, me too. Could take some time though, till it airs.

Slowly getting back to it, been damn busy the last time(job and stuff). What you watching this season? I've only checked out the fuji stuff so far(which is good of course). :)

Will try some of his newer stuff soon, it's kinda hard to get into though(for me at least ^^).

Yep, luckily I found melancholia after ages of searching...^^ melancholia 6 is so freakin good...

Okay, I'll try that. :)

Hey, well it's very chilled ambient. One guitar layered with some drone and a girl singing/whispering. Check out "Heavy Water/I'd rather be sleeping". Should give you a first impression. I wanted to get into William Basinski for some time now. What's a good album to start? I tried the disintegration loops 2, but couldn't really get into it... :/

the last time i looked, it was still at low...^^

Lately yes... :) Our compability sucks....^^ Well, I haven't added everything yet, maybe it'll grow..

Nice nick, so very fitting....^^

yeah, with no Bowie i am so so lukewarm about BDO. way to kill the dream Bowie. my best gig ever was probably Okkervil River at Bodega, they were so genuine and awesome! but then Handsome Furs were great as well, and Supergroove were suprisingly fantastic as well! hehe. what was yours?

saw them live last year in welly. it was awesome seeing the old faves live but definitely not the same. i'm still on the fence about pixies, i probably need to decide soonish though hehe. also Bowie/BigDayOut woah! how excited are you?

lol it is a pivotal decision. i guess you might rationalise not going by saying that some of these older bands that have had such a huge impact on your musical tastes are better left as an ideal in your head. i mean they may still be good but are they still at their peak? (but then this is a jaded smashing pumpkins fan talking - billy corgan was such a disappointment! so maybe don't listen to me...)

Don't know yet, it would be pretty sweet though! Are you?

Yep, studying design at Massey's Wellington campus

yeah, it helps me study. It's mind-stimulating...

Wellington, you?

Probably one for the fans, follows the plot of the manga almost exactly. It's actually a trilogy, I think the final film comes out in Japan this month.

When I saw the film I'd forgotten where the symbol came from. And so when they got to that scene it was awesome

yuss i surely did get the new hirasawa, it's magic! and you're most welcome for the modwheelmood :)

ah indeed i have some world's end girlfriend (courtesy of taryn, our middle-man? hehe) i really like ghost of a horse under the chandelier, it's beautiful. i don't think i even have the two songs you liked though...

i like instrumental music but it has to engage me, i can't stand 10 minutes of the same ol' nothing hehe. for instance i like leftfield's 'dub gussett' and chemical brothers' 'sunshine underground', or basically anything by michael nyman, that kinda thing.

running up that hill is one of my all-time fave covers too, hehe.

...i'm having a thought that you might like 'problem me' by modwheelmood. there's no decent video of it but last.fm has it for your listening pleasure i'm sure :)

Saaaam, thanks so much for having us all over in the hols, hope first week back's sweet !

I am so keen. Some good bonding will go down. And some epic music listening on the trip there and back.

Nice to see some Asano Inio fans around here.. :D

oh my goodness thankyou, you're a star!

gah the man is always ruining my fun...

man i can't find that jeff buckley recording anywhere! gutted cause that's one of my favourite NMH songs too...

I think if we ever did have another holiday that we should do a cruise :) fight off some samalian pirates. So samual, how are your adventures? missing bethlehem coolage? (see what i did there)

i only missed a word. LEAVE ME BE

it's inevitable to proud of me

thanks /b/rother. See what i did? but, it works in an awesome way cause were actually related!!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL the hilarious outcomes of my jokes...

Yeah /b/ro, we need another Australian vacation. Plenty of good times had. Especially restruant tomfoolery.

no i was not!! that would probably have made my life hehe.

cool story bro.

yeah! Totoro was my best friend. I'm Miyazaki ^^.

oi don't even start with me...everybody makes mistakes

I checked out the video you suggested. I dig the sound (but that particular song was a bit monotonous to me personally). I'll have to have more of an explore through their music...
