Faust (1926)
I cobbled this playlist together last year to soundtrack a screening of F.W. Murnau's Faust. Some parts it worked, others it didn't, but overall there weren't too many discordant moments. Lots of Boards in here I realise, but it was hard to resist. Also, there's a fifty-second Alan Lomax recording called "Le Diable" which is meant to go at the beginning, but I can't find it on last.fm.

WORK MUCH?
Lately I've been using this playlist whenever I have to do something important. I'm reluctant to say it's 'chill-out', because there are some very unchilled tracks in there. But it's conducive to a working atmosphere, least according to me.
