Awesome! I especially dig Will Smith. Cool riffs that remind me of Sasquatch a bit. Your vocals also rule face particualrly at the end. I enjoyed it a lot even though I usually lean towards the clean delivery with occassional screaming in this kind of music. Well done! Are you going to record the EP or LP?

The singer for post-metallers The Ocean (dunno if you know them) is also the singer for this band. The album is not very heavy, but I found it really psychedelic. Nah. They've just released A.D. this year, man. Check this one asap. To my mind it doesn't stand the comparison with 13 (which I'm listening on regular basis now), but you may like it more/ it may grow on me as well.

As for VOD, Imprint is a really good hardcore record, but personally I prefer From Bliss To Devastation. It has an awesome southern rock vibe. Yeah, basically every Helmet's album from the 1990s rules hard.

I have to slow down with downloading music for awhile as well given that not everything I tend to download is even that interesting. It's cool to support your favorite artists. Besides, I like to have something cool to look at on my shelf, especially when the artwork is awesome (lyrics included) and I really like the band. So, I still buy cds. I know I'm in the minority.

Of course. Iron Will. I have always problems with the titles. I listen to too much music I guess ;) Haven't heard their previous albums. They are definitely very good at what they do, that is classic heavy metal. Yeah. Ever Time I Die are Southern rock-influenced similarly to Cancer Bats. The best thing about these two acts is guitarwork imo.

Yeah. I've only heard Meanderthal from these guys. A very good summer album. Grand Magus are awesome as well. I even prefer their new album to Iron Fist. As for post-hardcore/noise rock, I recommend Future Of The Left - Travels with Myself and Another and some Alexisonfire record. Crisis for example is really cool. Plus, you may like Cancer Bats, kind of similar to Every Time I Die.

Torche? A good choice to listen in summer. Have to check out their previous stuff. I found myself jumping on the post-hardcore bandwagon this summer. Cheers.

I've been doing vocals for about 2 and a half years or so. I'm pretty sure I was doing it wrong because I kinda messed up my voice. Now I evolved my vocals to a Suffocation/Ulcerate style of death growls and a Misery Signals (first album) hardcore style. Singing I can do, but not as good as Devin Townsend (as an example). Guitar, I've been doing for about 12 years, bass for 6, and drums for 8. If I ever started a band (I want to but I got more important obligations), I wouldn't want to do it all myself, even if it might be easier.

how long have you been doing harsh vocals?

not that unpredictable here as far as weather goes, but this year's winter was definitely a surprise. And pretty much the same here - we didn't really have a spring, it just went straight from winter to summer haha
