Just to alleviate any confusion, I got the What Lies Beneath album through the Zune Marketplace's subscription option (Zune Pass). It was probably an oversight, but the album is currently available on the iTunes Store, Zune Marketplace, and Amazon MP3 Marketplace in the US. I don't have any download links other than those. Sorry.
