actually, now that i think about it, everything on remain in light is pretty funky.

you were asking about other funky 80s records. have you listened to other talking heads albums besides speaking in tongues? the first three tracks on remain in light (born under punches, crosseyed and painless, the great curve) are pretty funky, and parts of "more songs about building and food" are pretty funky as well ("found a job," specifically). hope i'm not telling you something you already know.
