it's most frustrating isn't it?! hah but i s'pose a little bit of difference means we can then recommend one another new stuff! oh i think i have a couple times, it's not too frequent though so i get awful excited when i do come across one hah. i think it's more difficult when one has a lot of artists, like yourself, over 1000, me oh my!

yeah I've listened to Morning Paper, pretty good... haven't listened to the other yet, I'll snatch it. If you haven't listened to The Sleepover Disaster's Hover, you should. The song "Truth Hurts" off The December Sound's Silver Album is one of my fav shoegaze songs ever. The rest of the album isn't nearly as good but it's worth it just for that song. The Radio Dept.'s new album is good too, same with Bethany Curve's You Left Us Here. any other recs?

I could never miss the incredible thing that is Metroplex. Frankie Knuckles mentioned that if you speed up The Passage by +15% it sounds really incredible. I used soundtouch in foobar. Speed it up to 30% and it sounds like a proto-dnb tune! Apparently, it was made to be that way.

what's a good album to start out split enz on. They sound promising. I downloaded one and didn't like it, but then i read that basically it was their worst album.

Yeah dude, no problem, that's what this site is for right? I suggest you get "Simple Man." That's his best album in my opinion. And Rubberband Lazer is just a fantastic song.
