Spasibo, great to meet you!

Thanks for adding... Greetings from Spain.

just dropping by to say hallo :)

WOW.... Your music taste is so classic :-)

How are you my dear friend? Today I've seen a great movie: Мать of Всеволод Пудовкин. Greetings and hugs

Sorry for answering in english- but my russian is not good enough yet to have a discussion... No, actually I've never been to Russia. I'm in contact with several german-russian organisations in different cities for concerts maybe this fall, but there are severe money problems...

Salam Rüfət! Gözəl musiqi zövgünüz var! :]

Hi dear Rufat, I'm fine. And you? I have that movie, but i haven't seen yet. The last movie of Sokurov that I have seen is 'Spiritual Voices', great documentary, the first part with the music of Mozart, Beethoven and Messiaen, is the best. Another of the last movies that I have seen is 'Sånger från andra våningen' of Roy Andersson. Awesome, surrealism and black comedy, with great scenes. Very personal, very surprising. Have you seen this movie? Greetings

Mne tozhe ochen' prijatno, Rufat! Privet iz Germanii!

Yes, I adore Shostakovich! And yes, I'm Lydia...

My dear friend, I love Alfred Schnittke. and you? He is an absolute genius ;-)

Hi Dear Rufat, how are you? hope you are fine and enjoying your great music especially Dmitri Shostakovich's works...I wish you a Happy Easter with love and peace:)

Dear Rufat! Thank you very much for accepting my invitation. Also many thanks for your warm words...Yes, Dmitri Shostakovich is my favorite composer too. I love his works. I wish you a great day with love and with music...Happy greetings from Istanbul:)

Bonne année Rufat ! I wish you Joy !

Today (29-12-09), 23 years without the poet of the cinema :-(

;-) My dear Rufat, Feliz Navidad! Merry Christmas! Joyeux Noël!

Interesting stuff in your charts too. And having 1k+ Shostakovich scrobbles means A LOT, most of his stuff being very long tracks. ;)

You are very lucky ;-) Thanks for the video.

Thanks for the invite, Accepted. I'm fine thank you, and how is today treating you?

hey. your taste is very nice ;) to be happy ;)

Privet Rufat! I'll check Blok out soon. Few days ago I listened to the Peterburgski Orchestra here in Verona, directed by Temirkanov. Prokofiev's 1 and 5 symphonies. Great.

Seeing that habitually you listen to Qara Qarayev, I would like to have something of him ;-) Which is his musical style? What composer is similar to Qarayev?

Today I have seen a masterpiece, 'Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors' of Sergei Parajanov. Technically perfect, an extraordinary photography. Many connections with Tarkovsky: the water, the milk, the photography... Absolutely brilliant. ;-)
