I don't know if you're question on the J Dilla page was already answered, but nothing really gets that close to Donuts. The vast majority of the other releases have rappers over them, but Jay Stay Paid has some great beats with some synths too, The Shining's pretty cool too. Ruff Draft has really nice, analogue-style beats but pretty much all the tracks have MCing over them too. Your best bet it just to listen to Madlib instead, his Beat Konducta albums are just like Donuts, and almost as good.
