Hum, to be honest Ataxia impresses me a little more than John solo...even though nothing ever surprised me like when I heard Shadows... for the first time...because it's a great album first and also because it's more than an evolution and more than a change compared to the previous stuff...but I couldn't say which one is the best, John has made more stuff solo and he is the main creative force behind Ataxia...I still prefer John solo. About the album with Josh, well I don't dislike but it's my least favourite...still, the song "Walls" is one of my top 10 John favourite. And even though I admire John's stuff more than RHCP, RHCP will forever be #1 in my heart. ;)

Ow, bad luck...you really need to get The Will to Death again, I personally prefer it to Curtains. About The Empyrean, I'm also waiting for my copy but I downloaded it...just to have it in my computer, even not listening to it...well I realize it's feedind the temptation ^^

Oooh Frusciante is fantastic, he never cease to amaze me. I follow his evolution since the beginning as I started with his tortured debut album and he gets better and better everytime...there is so much soul so much emotion in his music...he's just great. I see you only scrobbled his 3 most popular albums, then I tell you, you had a perfect intruduction to his music . Maybe you got them but if not you should definitely check "The Will to Death" and "Inside of Emptiness" as well to complete the essential... as important as "Curtains" and it's a good solution to wait for the new album...I'm dying to listen to it. ^^

Well you know I'm 20 and I still have exams and infernal parents so it's not cliche at all XD ... my last exams are in may and I'm leaving parents around the same time if everything goes well...and even though it's good to leave the angry teenager period and it's good to feel mature and to open...I tend to regret the time when was younger and I had nothing to care about ^^. Guess we're never happy of what we have. About Bob Dylan, it's great indeed, he's the master. I love his music for a while now but it really reavealed to me 2 years ago...the man has released too many albums so I got "The Essential" double compilation...and loved everything on it so I checked the rest...just great. Hurricane is my favourite...masterpiece.

Hey thank you, you're actually more eclectic than I was at your age you know. My tastes are much more diverse now but unfortunately I can't scrobble everything and I have a preference for alternative so my charts do not reflect that diversity perfectly, this is why I listed my favourite artists in the "about me" section. But you're 16, you have time to diversify more...I actually started to open my mind 1 or 2 years ago...and I'm almost 21 ^^. And happy new year to you too, it's never too late to wish it...at least you're not considered a weirdo if you wish it before january 31 ^^.
