Okay, I believe with the new update, you're unable to look at those since it wasn't exactly an official application of last.fm and was from a third party. Last.fm's kinda been garbage since the update and from the looks of it, it's going to stay that way unfortunately.

Do you mean by the history of what you've heard over a period of time? If so, I believe you just click on the scrobbles at the top of your page. If not, just let me know and I'll see what it is.
