good to hear. So is art what you plan on doing for a while now? I think I may have given up on college. I can't force myself to sit through 2 more years of cramming useless information to apply on standardized test. Plus I have awful time management when it comes to doing homework. I can attend lectures and classes, but the outside work is where I have an issue. I always do it last second because i'm distracted. I feel bad afterwards as well. And it makes the progression of going through school miserable. I'll just stick to a full-time job now, and hopefully go back later. I'm still young. No rush or hurry.

I just noticed that's a really goood album and I have not listened to it in maybe over 6 months now. And today I got back to it and I love it even more.

Did you watch el derby today? Madrid is playing horrible. Who would have thought that by adding two of the best players at the world cup your team would get worse? Madrid should sold Isco instead their only good CDM. Its a shame because a tie with Atletico would really improve Barcelona's chances for the title.

oh groovy! i've been meaning to check out that album. i have taken some intro courses which actually introduced me to some art history/technique, but i can't say i actively keep up on my own time or anything. i am taking two more this year (early medieval + asian), so that will be fun. personally, i think you need not know too much. if you're looking at something and it strikes you profoundly, it's already a nice feeling. my favourite period is probably high renaissance but yes, i love Magritte too. i also tend to favour portraits/people versus landscapes, but i find a good scene nicely complements characters as well. how about you?

I just got back yesterday, actually. It was a fun time, although we had some complications on Friday to the point where we could not attend the festival that day. But the last two days really made it up it felt like. Glad everything is going well on your end. Its kind of a confliction because in my household and even community, football (soccer) is a big deal. But outside my niche community, nobody could care less about football in America. I don't know why honestly, why the rest of the world absolutely loves it. well how did the interview go if you have already taken it? Yes and no. I kinda of grew up in Europe. I came over when I was 7, and returned when I was 14 for a year. So i've spent 8 years of my life in Europe. First in Bosnia, then the last year in Austria, Vienna. I honestly regret coming back to the US. Not to say life here is bad by any means, but Vienna and Europe in general interested me far more than the US. The people, the culture, my family lives there and etc. Have you ever made any of your own music? I remember you saying you picked up a guitar not too long ago. How's that going for you? Oh geez that's a lot of music. I was thinking about just getting an 8gb ipod and putting 20 albums on the go and keeping my library and letting it grow to whatever. Awww that stinks man. Made any friends or met any interesting people at the concerts you've gone to?

sorry for the late response. I've been attending a lot of graduations. Mostly family friends one. And in my culture, we spend a long time conversing and drinking coffee and praying afterwards. I had about 4 of these. As for teaching, mostly early education 3rd-5th grade in reading, lang & lit and social studies. Hey man best of luck. You'll do fine. Is it a community college or a university? Maybe it was an interlude, the experimental song. Or a very early demo song redone live. I'm going into a liberal arts degree to get my teaching certification. Right now i'm worrying about getting reading endorsements. I actually lied, or I forgot lol but i'm taking one summer class to get my reading endorsement. I'm pretty good right now. This semester is over and i'm taking the fall semester off, so I won't have school for a while. I'm also pretty excited to see Neutral Milk Hotel again at p4k :P I saw them already in Kansas City. How was your experience? Did you have to travel far to see them? Man Jeff was just amazing. It was probably one of my favorite concerts i've ever been to. It made me like NMH like x10 more. Favorite from Elephant 6 so far is of course NMH, but OTC might be #1 soon. I'm digging both of their lp's. How about you?

oh hey richie, long time no shout. How you been? I noticed you have also been listening to a lot of Elephant 6. Aren't they just amazing? I think Olivia Tremor Control and their Black Foilage LP is in like my top 30 favorite albums. You should listen to The Major Organ and the Adding Machine. It's another elephant 6 project that only spun out one LP and it's really good. Every important Elephant 6 project up to that time took part of this album.
