If you like the Alcest blend of black metal you've got to try out: Ved Buens Ende - a mid 90's Norwegian alternative/not as intense black metal... try their album "written in the waters" and it wont dissatisfy! The band they spawned - Virus - aren't to be sniffed at either. peace

Thanx a lot for leaving me a shout about Bill Cobham! How big I´m into Fusion.. that´s hard to say as I did not know the ´genre´ excisted before a few days ago hehe. But I love Bill´s drumming, and most of the parts of his cd´s are very ver y nice to listen to. The only things I do not really like are the parts where the solo artist plays thos extremely high shrill notes. But the rest is so good it is something I can listen through easily. I´ll see If you can find your recommendation. Thanx again.

at first i didn't like new Porcupine tree, but with excessive listening i realised that it is in fact very good album..not their best, but good indeed. just it needs few listens to feel the music ..
