you may be on to something. my opinions are rarely shared by others...so yeah, most probably consider that wrong. :) You do seem to have a better ear for music than me anyway though, right. For some reason I just seem to find Krug's albums more engaging, and I like that. But I've also listened to Sunset Rubdown more than Atlas Strategic, so eh.

I've only given Atlas Strategic a couple listens. I think it's interesting how they and Sunset Rubdown both sound like Wolf Parade, but yet they are entirely different approaches. I still think I prefer Krug's craft though.

It's definitely something to do with accents on letters - just played a whole bjork album and none of it went through! (she has dots on her 'o')

That's just my cup of tea, cheers! Got away with at work with only one DRUM AND BASS AGAIN?!! and one Don't you put this on the mix CD for my party! Strangely only the tracks without accented letters have scrobbled.

I <3 Post-Rocker radio. I left my iPod at home today since I haven't had a chance to update it since my surgery. Post-Rocker radio is the perfect way to catch up on all your suggestions that I haven't had a chance to get to...

Don't be fooled, they're in at no.23, just above Spiritualized and Autechre - I do like a nice juxtaposition! :)

I was wondering about Calexico? Is that their recent album you are (mostly) listening to? Venus Hum looks interesting too?

Good times! Do ya have a favorite track? My computer may have eaten all my music so I'm in mourning right now. I may have to become an emo kid, it's really quite tragic.

i had a mtn bike wreck 3-4 yrs ago and something punctured the side of my knee. the trauma caused a bone spur to form under my IT band (the tendon that runs down the outside of my leg). the spur had started causing a lot of irritation. I had gotten to the point where it hurt too much to ride my bike, and even to run or walk more than a couple miles...so I had surgery to shave off the spur.
