Haha. Happy to oblige. And also happy for you and your keyboard. Hopefully it is the start of a beautiful relationship.

Hahah! That has to be one of the most amusing shouts I've received in a long time. It's going on the quote wall. Surprisingly enough, with all the coffee I drink I've never once done that. I've broken plenty of stuff other ways, though. :P

Gosh no, Puds listens exclusively to bitter 'n' sarcastic pop. I'M the one with Whitney and Abba in my Top 50 :-)

Puds makes a great neighbour, he'll always lend you a cup of sugar if you need it.

WAHEY! Never thought I'd see those boys on this page. Puds will be so pleased. :)

Ha, I would never even have thought of comparing those two figures until you mentioned it last week :-)

Next time I listen I might try to imagine it's a Tortoise album, see if I like it more!

Ha, the single entry in the shoutbox on the album page is hilarious!

Morning! Yeah, CaPGPVitMN isn't one of my favourites either, been a while since I listened but I find it a bit rambling. Love [track artist=Stereolab]Puncture In The Radak Pernutation[/track] though.

Good thanks! Here's some Brit culture for you: just putting a toad-in-the-hole in the oven!

I don't think they HAVE to be simple-minded, but otherwise yes! It always makes me smile when I see you with it.

Morning matey! Do you know [artist]Giant Sand[/artist] at all? I've just dusted off their Chore of Enchantment album for a listen, think you might like it for your 'foraging' subgenre. Can sort you out tonight if interested.

Maybe I'm the central meeting point for people who like pop, people who like beatz and people who like music for the head! :-)

The Relentless progress has started. Thinking about it on the subway home, I was going to put Battleship Potemkin up there too, for a Kraftwerk-esque tip, but stupid DRM got in my way. For now. Am putting up some other PSB tracks , some of which are a bit 'Boxed Spiderish' too. The next batch should be balls-out disco stompers, really. Care to oblige, Bert?

Oh, I've just been talking to Bert about the PSBs and that reminded me – if you're a big fan of Box of Spiders (AND WHO ISN'T FRANKLY??), and while you're in the mood to listen to music you wouldn't ordinarily listen to (i.e. Jimmy) I perversely thought you might be interested in having a listen to PSB's mostly instrumental Relentless album. I can hook you up if you tell me how.

It's never wrong to have great musical taste, Brad, you ought to know that by now. I'm quite taken with the Aboriginal rap group on Mango Pickle Down River...
