in case you havent figured out your headphone problem, sometimes the headphone outlet gets a little dirty and it makes one side go in and out. Try pressing and twisting the tip of a cotton swab into something small enough to fit inside the hole and twist it while its inside pulling it in and out so as to clean it. that usually works for me
