yeah..it had an opening night in Poland last Friday. I think it's great. Astonishing view of Barcelona..like a living moving postcard..The story is also quite decent although I think that Americans were presented in a stereotyped way. Discovering Europe as discovering new love possibilities. And Penelope Cruz was awesome. I find the movie a mixture of Allen's pastige of culture clash and sensitivity and controversy of Almodovar. A good flick!

I've got 12 of his movies on dvd...so I'm almost half the way to achieve my point of destination xD... I would also watch them on TV, but in Poland they play them with a polish voiceover. I don't like watching movies with it, because I can't feel the whole atmosphere of Allen's jokes and "sensibility". You have it better 'cause you live in the US. In my opinion, the most underrated Allen movie is "Melinda and Melinda". I personally think it's a genuine masterpiece.

probably Annie Hall. The jokes and the plot are hilarious. That's from the comedies..when it goes to dramas...I choose Match Point. The femme fatalle Scarlett Johannson and the Dostoyevski's plot evolution is outstanding. I'm waiting for some extra money and I'm gonna collect all of his movies originally on dvd. And that's the meaning of life now xD ;)

I think I'll do that. It'll probably cost a small fortune, but hell...it will be worth it I guess ;)...What's your favorite Allen movie?
