i don't know what happened! i just couldn't walk when i woke up after a night aaaaaaaht. I had a limp but assumed it was one of them two hour things and my back hurt so i said "my liver hurts :(" and soph said that happens to her a lot LOLOLOL. anyway then yesterday it was still there but i was trying to do life anyway but my god i was pains. so i asked my dr housemate and she looked at me and prodded me and said "it's sciatica" which is apparently a slipped disk in the back which makes yer leg bad. i have signed up to a doctor and have an appointment tomorrow. i just managed to tidy and hoover my room anyway so i'm ok like but i have to walk like an old man and i need to do more running training! :--------( it never rains it pours

I was at british sea power at oxegen. The crowd was mostly terrible(ting tings and vampire weekend fans for the most part, or they only knew the new album) and the band were way too quiet, so it was quite depressing to notice that the band themselves were great... I need to see them do a gig alone.
