Hi! You have great charts, there are quite a few bands in there I've been meaning to listen to for a while :) I would recommend the Novellos for you - they're a local band for me but they're so good!! x

Well there are lots good songs out there but I'll recommend you a couple new one (new to me, anyway): " Mini Viva – I Wish ", " Black Science Orchestra – Hudson River High ", " Sub Focus – Move Higher ", " Florence + The Machine – Swimming", " Astrud Gilberto – Black Magic (Todd Terje Tangoterje Edit). Also, Groove Armada are realising the new album "Black Light" at the end of February. Make sure you check that one up! Cant wait :)

I'll sort you out tomorrow if you want any of the tracks normal or Instrumental, I have the whole album Instrumentally. Thinking of heading to bed. New Year is always a bit of a boring time. So err on that note Happy New Year Wends. See you on the other side.

That was either I'd say Keeping or could have been Maybe I Wish, I'll see if I can YSI and email you the links. Was meant to do the Instrumentals also earlier. This thing confuses me.

It's more the fact they had an album out back in 2006 when I used to be on here. You hate them do you not? :-D Some awesome rocky stuff as well as the ballady soppy stuff that means alot to me especially from Out Of Nothing back in 2004 sniff sniff

Hello - thanks for the visit! If you like Sigur Ros and Amiina, then you will surely like Mum, if you don't already know them (one of my favouriet bands, promising new material this year...) The band Mar has members of Mum, the Album Leaf and others, and do a Sigur Ros kind of sound. A bit more off the beaten track - but really worth listening to - are Paavoharju. You should give Apparat Organ Quartet a go as well - 4 people playing a variety of battered old keyboards, and a drummer. The chap who put that band together, Johann Johansson, normally puts out sort of "modern classical" (if you see what I mean) along with some electronic bleeps, etc. and his last, Fordlandia, as I recall, was quite lovely in places. Finally (phew!) Emiliana Rorrini is a nice singer-songwriter, if you like that sort of thing. Let me know how you get on!
