Fair to say I've expanded my listening habits over the years. Always liked reggae though, especially Bob Marley.

I'm actually not so big on glitch. Usually, if I hear an IDM album that has glitchy elements, for example, it's those glitchy elements I'd rather see taken out. :P You mentioned them to me on Facebook a few weeks ago anyway and I wish listed one of their albums. I'll get round to hearing it eventually. The song you posted as a recommendation was decent but, as usual, I'd prefer it if you stripped out the glitch. :D

Hi OverFjell :)

Lol! I had a laugh out loud moment when I read your message on my phone... in public. Well done sir, well done :-P. Yea, I've tried Pucifer briefly, but I think I'm less a fan of Maynard, and more a fan of what the band (TOOL) do, progressively climatic long pieces of music. Listen to Festival by Sigur Rós, then to Vicarious by Tool, it's what's in both of these pieces of music that I appreciate the most. That's not to say I can't appreciate his lyrics and his clever marketing, but I don't think I'd appreciate him without the band behind him. Haven't heard of God is an Astronaut, I'll give them a listen! Not much post rock has caught my attention tbh, but Mogwai are amazing if you like that sort of thing. Looking forward to their new album next month.

I particularly like to see the presence of Tool in your top 20. One of my favourite bands, I just wish they'd hurry up with this new album. And yea, Sigur Ròs <3, don't think I've ever had a love affair quite as stimulating as that one.

Well here are my favs of 2013, maybe there's something there you don't know yet. I can highly recommend that Danny Byrd album. http://i.imgur.com/TL90g5Z.jpg

well same here, started listening to it about 1,5 years ago. Mostly into the melodic stuff, liquid funk stuff.

Oh, I also really love Murcof's Martes album. Glitch mixed with techno and modern classical. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGppK2C2UKU

You like glitch too, eh? Ever listened to any Aus before? Lang is one of my favorite glitch/idm albums. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3JjTBvI-OQ

Akufen! How are you liking them? That album took a while to grow on me but I enjoy it now.

dat d'n'b

You're more of a bookworm, aren't you? Aye, it's a class film. The ending makes it really special. Do you recognise any of the other films? I'm sure you must, even if your knowledge may be lacking.

Here is some stuff you might like :) https://www.facebook.com/ColdDeadTeesHouse & http://www.etsy.com/shop/ColdDeadTeesHouse

Hey man, props for keeping a sweet Anaal Nathrakh group :) You should update connected artists. Most of them don't have anything to to with the band, musically or otherwise imo. They are furthermore not very interesting. People already know about Burzum and Darkthrone. I wrote about it in the group's box. cheers from Sweden
