I agree with you about Placebo, but there is the one thing.. Placebo doesn't play sleeping with ghosts and things like that. They play "Battle for the sun". It is POP album. It is happy album. He can jump and walking while he plan "neverending why" for example

hmm.. it sounds very strange to me, because I really love when singer is "alive" and closer to the crowd. For example, Brian Molko is usually unfriendly and angry) I was very surprised and happy, when he was in a good mood, talking a lot, making compliments, joking, walking around the stage, smiling ^__^ smoking etc. I was VERY happy! I saw him 4 times and he always was sad and unhappy. yes, they did.. I began to listen 30stm nearly 6 years ago and their the first album made me really crazy..) I love the second too, but the first is the best (in my opinion). Actually, I don't like "This is war" and I almost didn't listen to them last year and the year before (you can see it). But I really love their show! I rocked with them 2 times and going to visit their concert again^^
