That's awesome. I didn't hear that album in its entirety until I became a dedicated fan. But I grew up on Piano Man, The Nylon Curtain, The Stranger, 52nd Street, and many of his hits. That's awesome that you found it like that. What's your overall fav of his? I know, tough question.

Hmm..Idk. You should also check out Turnstiles if you haven't. I'm not into the Behemoth and Nile and those types of bands. Nothing against them, just not my thing. I like old school heavy metal, sludge metal, some metalcore, progressive metal, and then some other stuff. How about you?

Unfortunately I don't have a record player. Eventually I'd like to get one because my parents still have all their old records. The Stranger is a great album, although probably not my favorite. I think my favorite is probably 52nd Street. So many great songs. But it's hard to go wrong with Billy Joel. The only Billy Joel album I don't have is his first, Cold Spring Harbor. Do you listen to any of his pre-stranger stuff?

Your taste is absolutely supreme. I have to give you huge thanks because it was through your youtube channel (to which I am now subscribed) that I discovered Oranssi Pazuzu, the best band I have heard in a long time. I've been traversing Metal's nether-regions myself for many years now searching for obscurities, and yet I never came across most of the bands you've uploaded on youtube. Where do you look when searching for new music?
