I can't seem to find the album you recommended. The only album I could find was their debut. It isn't tagged so it didn't scrobble. I did like it though, better than Le Orme.

I enjoyed Le Orme, but I could do for something a little more adventurous. I felt some of tracks were a little too spacey. Overall it was a good album though, I really enjoyed the opening and closing tracks.

MANY tHANKS ! There is much in your library which I appreciate and simply can't find elsewhere . ... Tull (particularly "Stand Up" - And yes , as mentioned , I'm still in a blissful stare of eidetic shock w/ every listen) , and (My Gosh !) "King Crimson" (regrettably one of the very few that I missed seeing live) along w/ Captain Beefheart and His Magic Band ("Bulbous also tapered" ... last seen opening for J.T. ; cost of admit was basically spare change) . I wonder what other gems I'll find along the way . Wishing you a great week , w

Progressive folk? Some of the older stuff you may enjoy - Dr Strangely Strange, Incredible String Band, C.O.B (Colin's original Band), all veer a bit close to psychedelic whimsy which I love, but for something totally original and far darker try 'First Utterance' by Comus which came out in the very early 70's and totally stands alone, there is nothing really like it - haunted, menacing and beautiful by turns with a total one-off as a vocalist. Glad to see you like all that Canterbury music too, for something else from that scene do you know Hatfield and the North at all? Another perennial favourite of mine, along with Henry Cow, avant-rock somewhat allied to Canterbury. Happy listening, wherever it takes you. p.s. a lot of the German/European bands are well worth hearing if you like Faust.

Your quote from Childlike Faith in Childhood's end is one of my favourites by anyone, ever, I find it moving and poignantly uplifting. you have a lot of great music in your library already but I suspect, unlike me, you don't do jazz? I do like a lot of instrumental music as well as more lyric-based pieces, although sometimes the words can get in the way of the feeling.

all that prog. Imma have to ask for Canterbury Scene names, as most of my prog knowledge is for Latin American and Spanish bands.
