Well, tour the states.. leaving date open to change, but will make it to Antwerp by my 21st / the end of the world / Christmas / New Years (all major events within a fortnight of each other) -- PS which country should I celebrate my 21st in since I will have like 6 friends in Europe max? Oh and then find a flat in Amsterdam at the start of 2013, and a job, and enrol for my 2nd year of university there. Post-Holland, I shall be popping in and out of countries with good music scenes + countries with languages I want to learn, then to Sweden for the 3rd year of my Ba which should hopefully complete the European saga as my double major in linguistics and anthropology can lead into internships in South East Asia / Central Africa / South America / PNG / North Korea / other places I want to go. It's a long-term plan that's been put into action for the past few years (re: budgeting, gaining necessary life experience, time to refine the plan and to decide which aspects to leave to spontaneity), if we've ever ever talked you must already know that this is happening! The way I truly see it, and this opinion is refined so often that I am more convinced now than ever: there is New Zealand, and there is The World. Price wise, the only reason I've stayed here so long is because it costs far too much to go overseas, come back, then go away again. So when I leave, I leave. Start with the States for a holiday, jump into Europe, follow the wind for ~10 years, working and studying.. and not really plan to go back. In your case, you are already in the world. Visit New Zealand (via Australia) ONCE in your life, for about 2 months so you can see a decent amount, then either stay here 4eva or leave 4eva. We are truly isolated, but that's the only way our country will stay cool for tourists.

Err the closest thing I can do is iTunes but that still only reflects a shuffle of absurd musical interests. Does it do bandcamp? Can I hook it up to my CD player or record player? That would be awesome
