1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add mushrooms, onion, celery, and carrot. Cook and stir until tender, about 10 minutes. 2. Stir in chicken broth, and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Pour vegetable and broth mixture into the container of a blender, and add 1/4 cup of the lobster meat. Cover, and process until smooth. 4. Return to the saucepan, and stir in half-and-half, white wine, and remaining lobster meat. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until thickened, about 30 minutes. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

I noticed that the majority of your scrobbles are on Weekdays. Do you normally listen to your music at School/Work?

Yeah, i usually listen from when i get to work at 8 am until i finish at 4pm! Sometimes i listen to podcasts or watch videos so it can vary! Weekends i'm usually out and about or playing games or watching tv/movies so the scrobbles are lower, only really come from driving or listening to music when walking or doing chores

How do you pick out your music that you listen to? I have a work playlist on Spotify that I've been adding on for years. It's currently at around 155 hours.

I'm a playlist fiend! I make many different ones for mood, genres, themes, events and one playlist per year i add to throughout the year! I will also just choose to listen to certain albums or artists when i feel like it. Can be a bit overwhelmed deciding sometimes! My one big playlist that has almost all the music i like in it is currently 238hrs
