Hello. I letf Finland at 3 of September and time flies since then! I've been doing more Youth Mobility programs from Erasmus + (it's free : - I don't know why few Finnish people do it; usually Finland receive more people than travel in this projects) So basically one week after I came back to Portugal I went for 10 days to Stockholm... If I knew I could try to go directly from Finland but I bought my return flight some months in advance, also train tickets. September I was in a Youth Exchange in Stockholm, Sweden, it was so great, the best I've been! Then in October I also made a Erasmus+ Training Course in Italy and now at the end of March and begining of May I go to Poland for the First time, also in a Training Course. Unexpectedly I was background actor in a movie in my hometown ^^ in November. I just try to live slowly and enjoy life. What about you? Dirus last album is "The Insulated World" or do they have a new one? Sad the Circus is closing. Is that real?

I went on vacation during those days, I was in Turku and Stockholm, the weather was so different and the Nature, all was greener. The green only emerged here around one week ago. I was a little bit depressed when arrived from the trip because it was dark and the looked like Winter... Now there is too much light! It's midnight and the sky is so clear, at 3 am it's super shiny.

Now me and he are closer to each other, It's the right time to visit him. I only will come back to Portugal in August. While I am making my EVS I will visit Finland and countries around. :) If I hadn't my brother in Estonia perhaps I would spend Christmas time in Finland with the EVS that don't go their homes. I would love to visit Lapland during winter, but I am afraid I am not able to; perhaps I will go in June to a movie Festival in Sodankyla and maybe visit more North until Inari, I have a EVS friend there in Inari :)

Yes, I noticed when it started to get darker I feel more tired and time seems never ending. At 15 o'clock I feel I want to go sleep, but still have to many things to do...

I am not sure which is my "strength" in film making. I am not working in cinema. i've been doing some videos and rarely some movies with friends. Real cinema is hard, demanding. I know that I have skills for editing, sometimes for photography, but picture for motion is demanding ( Cinematography, Direction of Photography). I am so far of being good at it. I don't have knowledge of real things in the area. My interestes goes far behond Cinema, I am not into cinema, I do a little of everything, and I should do because nowadays a person must be polyvalent. I want to Direct, do direction of Photography and Editing. I love both. Sometimes I can do Production but it's nothing creactive, so I dismiss it :) Cinema is also a Team work, its hard to work with lots of "teams" and make everything get into the right place.

Ei. Mitä Kuuluu? :) In Portugal the temperatures in the Summer can reach 40º C. The worse scenario is in the Interior of the Country. My Town will reach 41º C this Friday and Saturday. In the Winter temperatures can't reach less than -5ºC, however in my town is very stern. I live in a valey, surrounded by mountains. The humidity of the ocean goes up to the mountains so the Winter is colder and humid. It's horrible. -30º In Finland can be more tolerable than 0ºC here. In Finland the houses are prepared for cold, but here is not the same. The Houses are not prepared for this cold. It is extreme, during Winter is really austere and at Summer very hot. The true hot will begin in the end of the week. Temperatures here didn't reach 30º yet. Because of the heat every year Portugal is on fire :'( 2 years ago there were more than 200 fires at same time for all Portugal :'( It's devastating.

I probably didn't tell you but I am a filmmaker. I am 23 (24 in December). I finished my studies 2 years ago. I learned about the basis of everything in cinema, but sound is not my field at all... But I also NEED and want to know about Sound. It's so specific...I don't have "time" for leaning it in good conditions. But as I am a freelancer and I don't have money neither somebody to help me in sound I try to do some things... but I am not an "artist sound"... it's hard to do everything alone. :\

It’s a street band with drums, air musical instruments (clarinet, saxophones, etc). I played high saxophone for 3 years. My true passion always where strings. I start learning violin only with 15 years old. I love the cello sound. I have a friend that is a professional cellist and he let me play in his cello and said I play better than him, but of course I don’t believe him. He was trying to say that I have a good “chemistry” with the cello, maybe.  My favourite instruments are the cello and violin. I also sang in a local choir.

Vegan food is easier and faster to cook.  People that become vegan discover a passion for cooking, that before being it would never have. There are lots of different kinds of vegetarianism (veganism is not a diet!). There are some vegetarian that only eat raw food. I am able to play different instruments. The first one I learn was classical guitar, because I am left hand player and a classic guitar is symmetrical, I can easily change the strings. Later I wanted to play drums and I joined a local band (I am not sure the right translation in English. In Portuguese we say “banda filarmónica” but phylarmonic band I think is something more into orchestra, and is not the case. I will leave you here a picture for you to see. My region have delicious meat food, but I no longer eat meat. Here don't sell vegan version but I can do it at home :D I love cooking. <3 In the youth centre I will need to cook for the kids and today the staff said that want me to cook vegan food - to try something different :D I will try to make some food that I never cooked, portuguese food in vegan version, here at home, before I fly. When I will be in Finlad I will cook delicious meals ^^

Hei! :) Hm, where in Portugal have lots of traditional foods. For example, there are SO MANY disses with codfish (it is said that exists about 1000 dishes!) :D There is Atlantic Cod but we also eat cod from Norway. Portuguese people eat lots of fish, more than they should. It is said that we are the ones that eat more fish in Europe and there is no more reserves in the Atlantic ocean because of overfishing :( But probably is nothing to do with us portuguese but with other countries exploring our ocean, I am not sure if there is regulations...probably not... as alwaws :\

Hei! I totally agree with what you said! Usually in the capitals are more movements, more stress, so being in a hurry is normal and not paying attention. Portuguese food is good. Every region has typical dishes, but know I can’t eat most of it because I am vegan. But there is always a vegan version of everything, it’s only a matter of knowing how to do it at home or have luck to find the vegan versions in the restaurants. In my town it’s a problem for vegans, because there is no vegan options… and here people eats lots of meat. You are Finnish, can you tell me some “typical” Finnish food that is suitable for vegans?

I am from the North. People from the North are hardworkers and hard people, but more genuine. In my city we have a strong connection with Galiza (Spain). I live in a valley, between the mountains. I personally love my city, it's beautiful, I just I am not so found of the people. There are must-see places "near" like Peneda-Gerês; Porto; Braga. In the Centre: Covilhã, Coimbra; In the Litoral: Aveiro, Lisboa (Losbon). I don't know nothing about Alentejo but I want to go and explore it (it's almost desert). Portugal has two archipelagos, I never went there. They are Açores (Azores) and Madeira. The isles are really beautiful with amazing landscapes and food. I already tasted some food from Madeira ! :D There are small vilages, rural areas, cultural places (but more in the capital and in Lisbon). OBIDOS is a must-see place, I never went there! It's a medieval city, must be amazing, and have lots of librariess inside old stores, churches, etc :D I live in a Roman city called Chaves.

I made a 20 minute video for presenting Portugal in Spain, when I was in an Intership in April, but I did not have time to change some things and put it online. There I talk about the culture, writeres, some music, must-see places... I made it because I really wanted to foreign people know something about my country not only knowing about the capital, because there are so many interesting places to visit with amazing food. Portugal is not Lisbon.

I personaly know my Country, not all of it, but I am "proud" of saying that I know more that some guys that don't value the richness of this country (landscapes, food, parts of the culture) and they prefere to visit the capitals of other countries (pay attention that most of people don't go to the Portuguese Capital and say they don't like it. How is it possible? Trolol) Portugal would be a good choice for people who don't get much sun :) I need sun to be happy but personally don't like to be in the Sun and I am too white for "being Portuguese", lol, some Portuguese and even foreign people say that. I like my whitness :) In Portugal you can explore the litoral, Lisbon (the capital) it's really beautiful and full of joy; Porto have some places to visit, but Lisbon always was my "baby". Usually tourists go there or Algarve if they want to spend money and have vacation and catch lots of Sun. But the Interior of the Country is beautiful as well, but you'll need to have transportation.

About drunk people talking non-sense would not be a problem for me because I would not be able to understand them until October :D Portugal is a must-see country, but all depends of what want to do and see. Portugal is in the South so it's Hot in the Summer and cold in the Winter. The Interior have extreme Temperatures. Never talk with someone who lives in the Capital about weather or Portugal because they don't know about the culture of the country and they complain a lot! LOL I am from the Interior and it is very cold in the Winter. Guys from the Capital complain of the Cold in the Winter (when it's 5ºC, which is nothing, and I was there in the Winter). I live in a region that freezes reachig to 0 or -5ºC. I know that Finland is a cold Country, but only when I am there can really talk about the cold. -15ºC in Finland can be "softer" than -5º or 0ºC in my town, because is more wet and it is worse for Health...but I can only talk with conviction when I will be in your Country ;)

I already checked and I also have Train to Ylivieska at night after 11 pm. How much time do you think it will be the concert? I think we have time to catch the train, and after all its near The Circus :D. You are afraid of catching the train alone, why? I entend to meet lots of Finnish people :D I do considere Portuguese Language one of most beautiful in the World! Finnish is also beautiful, but some words are not . ahah. Portugal is really beautiful too, it's one of the oldest nation states in Europe, it has 900 years of existance as an Independent Country. | I will work in a Youth Centre, I will take photos, making videos, doing Worshops and everything realated with my area: cinema :)
