Amazing, I am so thankful I've seen both bands multiple times in concert. The amount of SP deep cuts that the world deserves to know more about is astounding, and Peter Steele may very well be the most underrated songwriters of all time. There is a magic to that band you rarely hear, I miss them every day :) I still wear my vintage TON shirts often and occasionally some guy at the gym who is over 40/50 comes up to comment.

you and I seem to be on a very similar music plane, so I'm going to suggest a band that I am obsessed with, but I can't find ANYONE else who can even tolerate them. DILLY DALLY. my favorite front woman as well. their debut, SORE, released in 2015. their follow up, HEAVEN, releases September 14th. I think HEAVEN is going to be the best album of 2018. Muse have Buckley to thank. So really it's "The Buckley Influenced Danes". Btw, if you don't already, listen to OURS. check my plays for albums if needed. they sprung up at same time as Muse, and always stayed true to themselves... oppose to how Muse's career has gone.

I listened full album "Precious" in 2012, it didn t impress me that time ... I ll now try "distorted Lullabies" and added it in my playlist! And yes, Muse is a sad example how "musical development" can have a bad influence in quality! I think if you have a great own style you don`t have to change it so much! Mostly it goes down the drain (Kent, Coldplay, Starsailor, Radiohead, Dúné, Carpark North and so on and on)....

Hmm... no distorted Lullabies in Germany, just Ballet the Boxer on itunes, but not on spotify... I ll now listen to the samples

Hey! Sorry I missed your last message, I don't come round here too often anymore. I saw Tiger Lou live last year and heard the new songs for the first time during that set. I loved them, and listened to the Wound Dresser album obsessively for a while afterwards. More melodic overall than Partial Print and with some really lovely tracks. Definitely worth a listen :)

Hello! Thanks for the shouts! I haven't been on last.fm in ages so it took me a while to see them...yes, I'm really sad about Kent :( And yes, I love the Cinematics. In Isolation look cool, will definitely check them out. I'm always looking for post-punk sounding bands. I haven't been listening to much music lately so can't recommend much...though I saw Fear Factory last week and they were great so I've been listening to them a lot lately. I see you've listened to some of their stuff, have you heard their latest album Genexus? If not, check it out, It's really cool :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRzlultnnQw

Yes, you are right, good HIM, good to listen through, no bad song on it, but nothing what I hava to have, `cause if I like to listen to him, I can`t take my collected songs from the last 20 years of him/HIM! They aren`t that different!
