I listened to the bands you recommended on YouTube. I really liked 'Между роскошью и тоской' Though it's very strange to listen to a song while you don't have a clue if it's about something sad or happy. But I do like the way your language sound (and I don't say that to be polite ;) 'Follow the Sun' by Pianoboy is such a lovely song (: Perhaps you'd like Voicst (the energy that they're bringing to stage is just amazing), Moke and The Rifles, a britpop band. Of course I can locate it on a map and at primary school I learned that Kiev is the capital city but that's about is. What's it like to live over there? (:

I also hope that their break won't be everlasting. And if they don't reunite, I hope they'll share their new recordings with us. Muse is nice, I'm sorry to hear that you don't live near the capital for that case. But concerts in general are just amazing, I love the atmosphere that's there. Do you have any Ukrainien bands that you can recommend me? All the bands that I've seen have performed in the Netherlands. I think that a lot of international bands perform in the Netherlands, because music is a very important part of Dutch culture + there're a lot of people here that are willing to pay to see (big) bands. We only have 17 million inhabitants, but because the Netherlanders aren't big you can easily get from one side of the country to the other. So if a band I like plays on the other side of the country, I just take the train and I'll be there 3 hours later.

Thank you! Yes I saw them twice; once on a festival and one time at a small gig for like 200 people. It was amazing, especially their small performance; it had a very good atmosphere. It's such a shame they're calling it quit (at least for now, but I don't think they'll reunite any time soon). What do you think? Are there many international bands performing in Ukraine?
