Well, at least you admit viewing things through your Outkast colored glasses. :-D But, Relapse IS his best work. Past efforts didn't allow for straight through listening for me. This is a great concept album although you don't care to hear it. lol I don't think of Big Boi or 50 as emcees, just rappers. I just don't think Big Boi is very good. We will have to agree to disagree. ha!

Sounds like you haven't heard Relapse, so you really can't compare. Eminem's singles are not the focus of any of his albums. Just admit that you hate him and can't be impartial. lol Revealing more of yourself in your work helps make some albums classic, but his voice inflections & wordplay is ridiculous. As for Speakerboxxx . . . that was just a bonus disc for 3000's album. lol 50 doesn't have a lisp and he can actually ride a beat, Big Boi can't. Plus, 50 is also funny. He tends to fuck with rappers that I don't like so I love that too. I used to like Jealous Ones Envy era Joe. I think 50 is an average lyricist, but his ear for beats & flow make up for it. Big Boi is an average lyricist as well, but he has no flow. Sorry, your Outkast stanning is clouding your vision. BTW, I didn't say 50 is my favorite . . . just one I like. lol

Also, Em has far from fallen off. Relapse is his best album. He dropped my draw with this one. Em just needs to stop producing his own stuff.

3000 carries Big Boi! lol Most of favorite 50 songs aren't by Dr. Dre. Dr. Dre is completely overrated. The last time I liked Big Boi was on their debut. I like 50's voice. Big Boi reminds me of Talib without the nice lyrical content that gets Kweli a pass. Neither has much of a flow and stumble over their words.
