Venia, Venia. I listened to a few of their songs a while back. I thought they were good! I have to give them a further listen, though. Refresh my memory, haha. But that could just be because I'm biased. :} The Jamaicans prefer to grill their meat when cooking it like this, but many Trinidadians have perfected the art of making a sort of stew-jerk. LOL. Duuude, you know what? Mexican food's got nothing on a good old-fashioned jerk chicken! (At least...in my opinion. Hahaha.) My best friend here is from Jamaica; we decided we'd be cooking when we could while we're here. We brought curry powder and jerk seasoning this time round. Already made the curry last weekend, I think we're looking forward to the jerk over spring break! We'd tried the campus version of jerk last semester. It tasted like it was boiled in just salt water! :O

Ooh, I love my mom's black bean burritos! Haha. Well yeah, at least Mexican food has got some spice in it! I actually had to bring my own pepper sauce this spring...because the food on campus is so bland. -_-'
