Sorry for you, i dont know about belarus's metal scene but either in turkey there isnt many heavy and power metal bands, because nowadays its out of fashion in metal scene :D So do you got any good stuffs from your Беларусь land ^__^

It's different in Turkey, because nsbm didnt make a cultural explosion in here like northern europe. There are really a few(hopefully) national socialist black metal bands(Ya rly we are so fucking turkic man! blah blah), but as i said before there many anti-religious bands and mostly make shitty music. Fortunately in underground scene %60 of bands are in death metal or melodic black metal and mostly they good ^__^

haha yea, really irritating, rarely good stuff but at least most of them cant hurt anything as you said :)

haha i just read your comment on Almora's page, there are even satanic black metals bands in here and they count hundreds :)
