i love YHWH Nailgun! I saw them live a month or two ago, fun show. some great suggestions in there for sure, i'll add them to my library. Can is definitely a band i need to check out, i'm terrible with older music. For you, I would definitely check out the music under the recently defunct Posh Isolation label. Anything associated with Loke Rahbek: "Compassion" or self-titled by Lust for Youth, "Love Means Taking Action" and "The World" by Croatian Amor, "No One Dances Quite Like My Brothers" by Vår, anything by Varg2tm if you haven't already. I can't see any Dean Blunt in your library either which is an essential for sure. For something ambient, Celer has a ton of great material. I like "Ceylon", "Engaged Touches" and "Xiexie". Recently I've been struggling to listen to a lot of music because of my job, I'm basically just listening to whatever gets stuck in my head throughout the day lol but my girlfriend recently put me on to Purelink and Haruka Nakamura which are both incredible! 💫

my friend turned me onto yhwh nailgun and i fell in love *instantly!* they got that frenetic energy i'm all about, and they sound pretty unique to me. the strained lyrical delivery sort of reminds me of nick cave in "the birthday party," never a bad thing imo older music is more my typical realm anyway so i'm always happy to make a suggestion if i'm familiar with the genre! huge soft spots for experimental jazz/fusion, krautrock/space rock, early synth/electronic, outsider/lo-fi, post-punk, shoegaze stuff especially i really don't have that much range in my library since i tend to get really stuck on particular albums/bands when they hit right, so you probably know most of what i mentioned, but thank you so much for the recs!! gonna slam em this week~ (^-^ )ノ

wow, i'm flattered, sure!! going by libraries... i see those Swans... i 100% recommend checking out Big Black--hardcore/noise punk, shit goes hard. start at "Atomizer." if you like ambient/electronic, check out Roedelius! earnest and warm early synth sounds from a nice old german man, feels like an atari game turned into a warm blanket. try "Wenn der Sudwind weht" and "Sonnengeflecht."
