i found your profile by poking around w/the Coast to Coast AM group and was curious about some of your songs. our tastes are very different to say the least but i'd like to thank you for introducing me to Doggy by Animal Collective. love it and it's like crack to me right now.

hey there. just thought i'd tell you i always like what i see when i look at your recently played. your charts are awesome because they span a wide variety. you got the folk and the rock, and also those dirty beats that make your ass shake. keep it up!

Unfortunately that is not the case... plans fell through and I wasn't able to go. :-( Oh well. I'll catch them at Lolla.

haha wow we are basically listening to it at the same time, is sure others are too :D I loved their old stuff, but every time i listen to MPP if all in love with it more and more. I find myself maxing out my speakers with the new album alot more than the older stuff, which is always nice ^_^

I saw your shout on the lollapalooza page. Just an answer to that. The trains, and buses are great. I wouldn't really rely on on taxis. But Grant Park is a pretty central area as in pretty close walk to anything else. Have a great time if you do end up going.

times and stages for lolla are on the site... http://www.lollapalooza.com/schedule2008/day1.asp ...can't speak much for the transportation as I'm heading to chicago from b-more, but for my sake, i hope it's pretty good

ive seen him live twice, once at coachella last year, and once in a small venue with about 250 people, both shows were amazing. interesting look at his music, i enjoy it because i dont listen to the majority of the songs he mixes. personally i dont enjoy rap or hip hop, but in small doses i enjoy the party feel of it. do go see him, he is really fantastic live.

I like your comment on Electrelane's page about wanting to punch your friend in the face hehe, I would have felt the same. You're so lucky you get to see Grizzly Bear supporting Radiohead! When I went it was Bat for Lashes supporting, that was good but not as good as Grizzly Bear!

ha! fuck yeah i do! i can see how they can be pretty soporific, especially with horn of plenty. i like all their stuff but much prefer yellow house (actually probably one of my favorite cds) and the friend ep has some sweet tracks. personally i think yellow house is much harder to fall asleep to than horn of plenty, and i think they'll play more yellow house :)
