Thoughts on the new Ghost album?

CKN you going to see Carcass/Cannibal Corpse/Meshuggah in April? I'm coming down from Cleveland for that at Stage AE, that's a must see lineup

You catch the 2024 Opeth tour at all? I saw them in Cleveland, was a great show. First time since 2013 seeing them actually.

LORD COVERKILLERNATION!!!!

Dude, you should really check out the new Havukruunu record. Don't sleep on this please!!

thanks for the 1180 playlist. picked a random album to start and the first one was Dissected's "The Somberlain". rules so far! been less into metal recently but i think its just the artists i used to be a big fan of kinda fell off. thanks for helping me discover new ones!!!

Oh, that is bad with the lost scrobbles, but at least a good story to tell :-) I like that tournament idea, keeps one motivated (I usually do 3 day musical todos, otherwise favourite-play-laziness comes), since when you are doing the tourneys? ... Today here is sunny so we will do some barbeque with the kids, wishing you a great family activity also, Mark

part2: I agree also with that people can use a little the advantages of lockdown or homeworking like music listening (well, if they don't have to worry about income) e.g. I am listening right now my "Release Radar" playlist on spotify :-) What's on your musical agenda for today?

Hello again :-) 6 years away from here ? What happened ? And I wish often, I would have started here much much earlier. Though, I also had a few, little vacations from lastfm. I think that is also normal for us music addicts, as yourself :-) ... We were yesterday at the doc, for some routine checks, and when you are there you surely know it is not over. People who have symptoms like flu they don't even let in and send somewhere else. And you have to go in 1 by 1 to the docs... I think governments are opening up a little now, because otherwise people will go nuts. Probably, the authorities also will then have a valid reason when the infection rate rises again to make a harder lockdown. We just have to think how many police come to the whole population. You can't watch everyone. Anyways, I think better safe than sorry, so we stay more at home!

Congrats on accomplishing your "130k scrobbles" milestone :-) ... I discovered you and me in the "Scrobble Leaderboard" section (Apr 24-30), you are at #2 place there last DOT fm/user/thesidjway/listening-report/week ... How are you doing on your side of the planet ?... We now have to wear face masks when driving bus, shopping and so on here in Germany... I assume you and your family too avoid public crowds in this worldwide pandemia, as we also... Stay safe, Mark

Thanks a lot CKN, owe a lot of my taste to you!

CKN, my dude

welcome back!

CKN is going hard in the paint on these scrobbles

As someone who loved discovering new music through your videos, I hope you continue listening to music and discovering new stuff and hope to hear from you again. Thank you for giving us your time, dedication and love for music in general. I haven't been a long time subscriber (joined in late 2016 I think) but I salute you nonetheless. Take care of yourself, the people you love and your lovely cats. Thank you, CKN.

In your opinion, does death metal have to be about or relating to subjects which are dark in nature?
