Hi Leon! Well... One of my friends' sisters is Steve from The No Real Need's girlfriend. When I was over in Oz a few years back for my friend's wedding, I met Steve and got talking all things music and bored everyone else with our obscure music references. THEN the other week, Steve sent over a copy of his newly-recorded CD 'Thistles Where We Slept' that he has recorded with his brother in the States. Sounds really good! Not sure if its an official release yet or anything but they do have a facebook fan page if you're interested in finding out more? Ben p.s. includes a copy of 'Assailants' that I see you like a lot!

Aw damn, what a bummer! I was close to the front bored shitless for that 45min wait after Small Knives finished. Still had a great time though, I love how they flawlessly jammed. REALLY bummed that they didn't play Innocent Bones and Resurrection Fern, my 2 favs from The Sheperd's Dog. Made up for it with my fav The Trapeze Swinger. Next concert that we're both going to alone we should def hang!
