I'm still alive! I am attempting to return to lastfm after spending a serious amount of time sorting my life out and stuffs. It is possible that my attempts to return will be in the same spirit as my attempts to exercise (i.e. token and halfhearted), but it is also possible that they shall not be, so rejoice, potentially!

I agree with you that it with action games etc.. it is silly to expect female leads as having primarily female traits as silly as it doesn't really fit. I was surprised at your dismissal of WRPGs, with the release of the likes of KOTOR and Dragon Age, major characters both male and female are more well developed. Yet running through this whole thing has to be the fact that sex sells.

Well, could it really get any better than DT and Insomnium at the same time. We have Omnium Gatherum that is a lightyears away of Insomnium and personally I don't like the band at all. Funny how musical taste in general goes in waves, at the moment I'm a bit bored of MDM (it seems that only DT is something I can digest) and stoner/doom(sludge is taking over. It's interesting to see what comes next...

On the upside, I just found out the new Arcade Fire album leaked, and I'm getting £1200 for doing clinical trials in a few weeks. The fact that I'm not worried about my safety in itself is worrying, but a grand is a grand. I kept thinking to myself "there must be a catch, that's a lot of money, there must be a catch here", and then it occurred to me that the catch was I would be injected with untested, possibly dangerous drugs, which doesn't really concern me! Awesome!
